Who we are
Milkov and Son Construction Ltd (company number 07252343), registered office 58a Audley Road, Hendon, London NW4 3HB, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: info@milkov.co.uk, 07883 074670.
What we collect and why
Enquiries. When you use the enquiry form, call or email us, we collect your name, contact details, the project postcode and the information you give us about the project, together with the page you enquired from and your IP address (used only to prevent abuse of the form). We use this to respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit and prepare a proposal. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where a contract follows, performance of that contract.
Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device). Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them. We do not use advertising cookies.
Essential storage. The enquiry form saves a draft of what you have typed in your browser’s session storage so nothing is lost if the page reloads; it is cleared when the form is sent or the browser tab is closed. No cookie is set for this.
Who we share it with
Enquiry emails are delivered by our email service provider and stored in our business email. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Where a project proceeds, relevant details may be shared with professionals engaged on the project (for example a structural engineer or building control body) as necessary to carry out the work.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Project records are retained for the duration of any warranty period and statutory limitation periods, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing, by emailing info@milkov.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
Essential cookies are not used for browsing this site. Analytics cookies are set only after consent through the cookie notice and can be withdrawn at any time by clearing cookies or via the notice. Third-party fonts are self-hosted; no requests are made to Google Fonts from your browser.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and show the date of the last update above.
